Remote assistance sessions will require you to have a high speed internet connection and the ability to log in and use an administrative account on your computer. Although we can arrange for pick-up and delivery of Apple hardware for diagnostics, data recovery, repair and upgrades, we do not perform these services at your location.


Unless previously arranged, onsite and remote assistance is only available during our regular business hours. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
